Use Facebook For Network Marketing Recruiting

There is no better place to meet other network marketers than using Facebook. This is an awesome way that you can gain skills to help you in your business. If you want assistance in the network marketing recruiting process, then you must use Facebook a certain way. If you don’t, you will wind up getting many people removing you as a friend.

A method to finding friends on Facebook is to utilize groups. You want to find some that pertain to network marketing. Join a couple groups; then, request friendships from others in that group. Because others see you in a group, they will also ask to be friends with you.

Now, there is a right way of asking for friendship and a wrong way. The right way is no add a personal message to your new friend. Saying something like. Hey Bob, I saw you in the MLM group and thought we could connect on Facebook. Looking forward to getting to know you better! Have a great day. The wrong way would be to just send the friend request, with no message. This is almost like spamming. You want to connect with people and get to know them and have them get to know you and trust you. Remember, trust will bring in sales!

What you don’t want to do is request friendship and add a personal message asking someone to join your business. This is a huge turnoff to most people and I certainly wouldn’t even take a peak at what they were offering. This is the same as cold calling a lead. And I think we all know how that’s doesn’t work.

So, now that we have friends on Facebook, we want to interact with them. On the home page we see people comments and we just want to start interacting with them. Make comments when needed. “Like” something. I know that when someone comments or likes what I have to say, I usually look at their profile. When people like your comments and they are not friends with you, they are more likely to ask you to be their friend.

Your goal on Facebook is to stand out from everybody else. Try to do what others aren’t doing. Be positive, educate, and offer value that helps people succeed in their business. The more education you give, the more you will get back. People will eventually be attracted to what you are saying and eventually some will buy what you are promoting.
